About our corporate responsibility

At INWORD, our Corporate Responsibility Policy acknowledges the established business practices and takes into consideration the well-being of our employees, the public, and the environment. Our core values of integrity, innovation, flexibility, and cooperation reinforce our dedication to corporate responsibility. We are committed to continuously enhancing our economic and environmental performance, as well as our social responsibility, through ongoing improvements.

Corporate responsibility goals

INWORD is committed to achieving and maintaining high standards of corporate responsibility in its business activities. Each year, it develops and demonstrates a corporate responsibility strategy that addresses the following objectives

  • Achieving high standards of corporate culture;
  • Conducting business within a framework of serious ethical standards;
  • Achieving the well-being of the company's employees;
  • Improving current environmental performance;
  • Making a positive contribution to the community in which we work.

INWORD has become a participant in the UN Global Compact Initiative, a voluntary leadership platform for establishing, initiating, and disclosing responsible business practices. The UN Global Compact is seen as a call for every organisation from every country to streamline its current activities, change its chosen strategy according to 10 socially accepted principles that relate to human rights, labour, environment, corruption policies, start using measures that support UN goals, issues framed under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

INWORD seeks to contribute to the successes of the SDGs as agreed by all its members, the countries that make up the UN. The goal of these aspirations is to contribute to a peaceful world and to the prosperity of the earth’s inhabitants. By becoming a signatory to an international treaty, INWORD emphasises its support for responsible business initiatives to protect the Earth, to do business fairly and equitably, and to create safe and inclusive workplaces.

INWORD is committed to achieving and maintaining high standards of environmental responsibility in its business activities. Each year, we develop and demonstrates a environmental responsibility strategy that addresses the following objectives:

  • Raise awareness: The aim of this section is to educate and raise awareness about environmental issues, particularly as they relate to our company's industry
  • Share our commitment: By outlining our environmental policies and practices, we hope to demonstrate our commitment to sustainability and inspire others to take action.
